Are you considering a 3-on-6 dental treatment but feeling a bit anxious about your consultation? You’re not alone. Many patients experience a mix of emotions, from excitement and fear to embarrassment and anxiety, especially if they’ve had negative past experiences or have been suffering for years. At our clinic, we understand and empathize with these feelings. Our goal is to improve your life moving forward, without judgment.

Your Consultation is a Judgment-Free Zone

The first thing to know is that no treatment will be done during the consultation. We understand that the unknown can be scary, so we want to assure you that this initial visit is purely for assessment and information gathering. Our consultations are free, and there is no obligation to proceed with treatment.

Two Key Goals of Your Consultation

  1. Determine Eligibility: We will assess what treatments you qualify for.
  2. Provide Information: We will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Step-by-Step: What Happens During the Consultation?

  1. Reception and Forms: Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our friendly receptionist who will provide you with some simple forms to fill out.
  2. CBCT Scan: Next, a dental assistant will guide you to a CBCT (cone beam) scanner. This scan takes less than a minute and provides detailed information about your jaw and teeth health. Normally costing around $300, this scan is offered for free during your consultation.
  3. Meeting with the Doctor: After your scan, you’ll meet with the doctor. Based on the scan and an examination, the doctor will recommend a treatment plan tailored to your needs. You’ll have ample time to discuss any questions or concerns.
  4. Consultation with the Office Manager: Finally, you’ll meet with our office manager, who can answer questions about treatment timelines, payment options, and financing. We work with multiple lenders to help you find the best possible financing options.

Financing and Scheduling

If you feel ready, you can schedule your treatment at the end of your consultation. However, there is no pressure; you are welcome to take your time to decide.

A Friendly Reminder

The primary goals of your consultation are to assess your eligibility for treatment and to provide you with all the necessary information to make the best decision for yourself. If you have any questions or concerns before your consultation, please don’t hesitate to call our office.
